Last updated: July 15, 2026 These Terms of Service govern your use of the TrueCode app. By using the app, you agree to these terms. 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE TrueCode is a mobile code editor that lets you write code, manage projects, and collaborate with other users (submitting changes, reviewing, and approving them) from your mobile device. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT You must be over 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (including your password) confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you notice any unauthorized access. 3. YOUR CONTENT You own the projects and files (code) you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and transmit your content solely to provide the service (storing it, syncing it, sharing it with collaborators you invite). You may delete your content at any time. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights; misuse the service (overloading, exploiting vulnerabilities, spamming); attempt to access another user's account without authorization. 5. COLLABORATION FEATURES When you invite someone to a project, you acknowledge that they will be able to access that project's files (according to their role). TrueCode is not responsible for the conduct of people you invite. 6. TERMINATION You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueCode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss). We recommend regularly exporting your content using the app's export feature. 9. CHANGES We may update these terms; we will notify you in-app of material changes. 10.
